In certain circumstances and instances, KDA STUDIO STORE may issue a refund or accept return if there is an product defeat, item arrived damage, wrong items was shipped, or if there was a product error.
If you believe you qualify for a refund or return as listed above, please email support@kdastore.com with the subject line “RETURN” with the order number and receipt attached. Understand that if you believe you qualify for a refund or return, then you must contact us withing 14-days otherwise we cannot issue you a refund or accept the return.
